Toko Assurance’s Xaysana Club comprises top-performing agents as their members. 8 top performers who achieved brilliant sales targets were awarded with all-expenses paid incentive trip to Kunming, China on 14th–17th May 2012. It was an exciting outing to strengthen their teamwork building spirit.
Toko Assurance awards its top agents with an overseas trip as an incentive to drive them for better result every year. These Xaysana members are from Vientiane capital as well as various provinces. Apart from celebrating their fantastic achievement in year 2011, this trip also presented them with a very good opportunity for team building and educational activities together and it has been a very fantastic trip.
