3rd July 2012 - Toko Assurance's New Business Development Manager
Toko Assurance has announced the appointment of Mr. Lim Sou Pei as its new Business Development Managerto take over his predecessor,Mr Ong Jen Shen, who has returned to Malaysia after 3 years’ stint here.
Aged 55 and with more than 30 years of experience working in variousinsurance companies in Malaysia before joining Toko Assurance in hispresent assignment, Lim holds a Degree in Bachelor of Arts from York University, Canada.
With our economy growing with better potential, Lim is responsible for sales planning, formulating sales strategies to capture larger market share, product development, further developing and training Toko’s agents to penetrate more aggressively into the market.
Toko Assurance has aggressively ventured into the market for the past year with strong support from Ministry of Public Security as theirlocal joint partner. Noticeable result is its aim of doubling its premium income every successive year since its incorporation. Its nationwide agency network and their branches in Pakse, Luaprabang and Friendship Bridge are also Toko Assurance’s achievement overthese years.
“Better care and customer service from us are also expected with our stronger management team make up. At this juncture, let us all welcome Lim into our insurance family and work together for our betterment,” quoted Mr Chan Lek Wei, CEO of Toko Assurance.
