	Mr.Chan Lek Wei Chief Executive Officer Malaysian-born Chinese, Chan has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Chan began his career in Malaysia and later seized an excellent opportunity to work in Brunei Darussalam for 17 years. Chan is a Chartered Insurer at the Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute, United Kingdom and have served in a number of committees in the General Insurance Association whilst in Brunei. He returned to Malaysia and took up position in the insurance field for a short stint prior to joining Toko Assurance as its Chief Executive Officer.
	Mr Chong Yoong Swee Chief Financial Officer A member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and an affiliated member of the Associates International Accountant (AIA), Chong has 23 years of experience in the accounting and finance fields. Chong was attached to Ebaotech Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and Tahan Insurance Malaysia Berhad prior to joining Toko Assurance as the Chief Financial Officer.
	Mr Fongsamouth Chanthavong Claims Manager Fongsamouth graduated with a Bachelor of Electricity at the National University of Laos, Lao PDR. Fongsamouth prides himself on diverse insurance knowledge in underwriting, marketing and claims and has even undertaken numerous insurance training sessions. Prior to his recent appointment as Toko Assurance's Claims Manager, Fongsamouth was previously attached to another insurance company in Laos from 1994 to 2007.
	Ms Manivieng Phouthavong Underwriting Manager A graduate of the National University of Laos in Bachelor of Arts (French), Manivieng has 9 solid years of experience in the insurance field and started her insurance career about 15 years ago prior to joining Toko Assurance as its Underwriting Manager. In Manivieng's personal quest to fortify her skills in this chosen profession, Manivieng frequently leads trainings in insurance with emphasis on the underwriting and risk management of both health and general insurance.
	Mr Ong Jen Shen Business Development Manager Toko Assurance announces the appointment of Mr Ong Jen-Shen as our new Business Development Manager. Hailed from Malaysia with vast working experience in the insurance field, Mr Ong is a graduate of Masters Degree in International Business from Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia. Mr Ong is entrusted with the task of market research, product development, marketing and sales for the Company. We shall continue to push better products for the market with emphasis on our after sale services under Mr Ong.
	Ms Manila Sanasith Marketing-cum-Communications Manager A former Sales Manager with years of experience in the advertising and publishing industries, coupled with her fluent mastery of both the Lao and English language, Manila was the perfect candidate to fill in as the Marketing-cum-Communications Manager of Toko Assurance. Her charismatic and action-oriented nature has since proven to be indispensible towards her career development.
